Deepa Parekh

Deepa Parekh is an architect and building science professional and has conducted more than 80 professional training programmes covering over 6,000 learners on building science concepts, simulation skills, and sustainability strategies. She serves as a faculty member at CEPT University and is an ECBC Master Trainer.
Geetha Krishnan

Gurneet Singh
Gurneet is a Director at the Environmental Design Solutions (EDS) based in India. He is a highly experienced sustainability and building performance diagnostics expert and an educator. He has led the energy efficiency team at EDS for nearly 20 years and has successfully implemented over 200 projects. He has been a longstanding advocate of Green Buildings and Net Zero Energy Buildings helping developers, organizations, state/municipalities adopt different green building certification and energy efficiency codes. Presently he is supporting building developers on various aspects of ESG, GRESB, GHG accounting and sustainable procurement.
Manoj Hegde
Manoj Hegde has over 15 years of experience in MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) design and project management, specialising in energy-efficient building technologies. This includes a 12 year stint at Infosys where he led the design and execution of 20 million sq. ft. of greenfield and retrofit projects, and contributed to innovations around radiant cooling systems and water and wastewater treatment technologies.
Rohan Parekh
Rohan Parikh steered the design and execution of Infosys’ high performance campuses in India and China while managing goals of carbon neutral water positive and zero waste to the landfills, overseeing the construction of over 14 million sq. ft. of HPBs, achieving 60 per cent greater efficiency and saving more than USD 100 million in electricity costs. Rohan has also advised major corporations such as Walmart India and UPL on net-zero energy strategies.
Prasad Vaidya
Prasad Vaidya is the Faculty Director of the Designing High Performance Buildings for Net Zero Programme.
Director of SDI, he is a LEED Fellow and has worked on more than 150 HPBs across India, South Korea, the UAE and the U.S. in a career spanning over 30 years. Prasad has been a Professor and Area Chair for Building Energy Performance at CEPT University, a Principal at The Weidt Group, and a member of the Technical Resources Group for the Clinton Climate Initiative.
Samit Bhowmik
Samit is co-founder at VeraTatva, a collaborative consulting firm that specializes in high performance, sustainable building designs. He is also co-founder at Tarsa Analytics, a firm that focusses on IT applications and data analytics in the building sector. Samit is a Mechanical Engineer with over 25 years of experience in design and project management of MEP projects for a variety of applications like power plants, ships, commercial buildings and cleanrooms. Samit is passionate about performance based and environmentally design. He is also passionate about the use of technology in building design and operation.
