With a quick input of energy and water consumption estimates, the Building Performance Scorecard offers a snapshot of how well your project performs against national benchmarks.
The scorecard evaluates your project against Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) standards, National Building Codes, as well as ASSURE KPIs. ASSURE follows a holistic approach to building performance, factoring in user comfort, waste management, and asset resilience, in addition to energy and resource consumption.
The assessment results produced by this scorecard are indicative in nature and should not be used as a substitute for design consultancy.
